24.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Just an update to let you know we are still working and will get to your pool as soon as we can. In the mean time if your pool is overflowing you can remove excess water by emptying to waste or backwashing and rinsing. ... If you empty your skimmer baskets and remove as much debris as you can (when safe to do so), this will help to reduce the amount of time and work required to get the pool back to normal for you Take care and stay safe!
