21.01.2022 As our world faces such challenging times we remember the importance of prayer - and the power of Christians and churches standing together in faith. Today I...'m pleased to be launching the Lambeth Conference Prayer Journey, inviting Christians to join us in sharing 'Prayers of Hope for the World'. It features a range of daily prayers, shared with us by Anglican sisters and brothers from around the globe. Many will be attending the Lambeth Conference, when it meets. Each day, we will focus on a different theme, to help us pray. We will pray for themes of Hope, Proclaiming Good News, Pandemic Response, People, Planet, Peace and Politics. May this be an opportunity to listen to God; to be alert to the needs of others and to actively work for hope and transformation in our world.
