21.01.2022 Thanking everyone for their patience & kindness .... we had no idea 10 day ago when we stocked a few of our lovely locals handmade fabric masks that this restriction would be coming into action so soon . Please know she is doing her best as a one lady show ... with me as her sidekick who has jumped into help in the last few days ( lol Im not sure if helper is what shes call me ) We have literally cut , pinned and sewn ALL night .... and I have not been able to respond to messages as it has been all hands on deck !!!! I questioned wether or not to celebrate this day ..... with so many bigger things happening in the world . 17.01.2022 So I finally jumped on the machine at 1.30 am .... 6 broken threads , and entire run around the border screaming look at me Im a wizard ..with magical powers... .... I can join fabric to find out if broken the thread .... again and there wasnt a stitch Its safe to say ... Ill stick with the pinning and this awesome powerhouse of a sewer who has been working around the clock night and day is in her prime position !!!!! Please know we are working around the clock to make these .... they are hand made with love right here in gladdy Park ... It feels like last Sundays announcement was months ago .... and with all nighters and 2-4 hours sleep every other night .... its certainly been a battle of the body & mind ! On the bright side we are replenishing the masks daily , most days 2-3 times . We are doing our best to get the amazing arrangement of colours and patterns back in stock so you have a variety to choose from .... and there is still lots of them to come ....looking forward to a new week.... please stay safe .... be kind ... be a hero ... wear a mask ( ps .... Its a crazy time .... and we as adults are finding it hard to navigate our anxiety, emotions & worries to be a child at this time must be like living on a roller coaster !!! 01.01.2022 We are back on Wednesday 6th of January. Wishing everyone a 2021 full of health , happiness & adventures.... and greatful for everyone’s support & kind words after such a crazy 2020 . (We were planning to open 4th jan & are sorry for any inconvenience .... I am sporting a black eye / bruised cheek/ nose ...... lol Murphy’s law as it’s the only parts you see in a mask ..... snd so as not to frighten our little customers they should be much better healed & easier to cover with make up by Wednesday ) Can’t wait to see you all & we hope your Christmas & new year was amazing xxx

01.01.2022 Its easy to see how each day is just flowing into the next & lose track of time right now ....but lets not forget thats its Good Friday!!!!! Good Friday has always meant a family fun day participating in an event that raises money for the RCH .... this year with the covid -19 lockdown that isnt happening. Im sure Im not alone in being so thankful for their services over the years ... my little family glass had them help us with multiple croup cases, influenza a, broken bones , asd , adhd & pneumonia. Everything is a little frightening now , not only health wise , but financially for most familys .... but please let us rattle the tin & donate to such a worthy cause every $1 counts
