09.01.2022 The 2017 season is just getting underway with the water temperature finally reaching 21oC. It's a bit late this year, 2016 saw us full steam ahead with lovely fat oysters in early October. Anyway, we are kicking off the season by attending the Foreshore Markets at Port Macquarie this Saturday 12th November. The forecast is for a little rain, hopefully not too much.

06.01.2022 We are starting the most hectic week of the year. The oysters had a bit of a spawning on the full moon last week but are quickly building to be just perfect for Christmas. We will be at the Wauchope Farmers Markets this Thursday 22nd Dec. at the showgrounds..just to make the week even busier.
