14.01.2022 OUTDOOR PILATES BEGINNING THURSDAY 1st OCTOBER 9.30am AT PORTARLINGTON TENNIS CLUB!! So excited that we are now permitted to train face to face outdoors! Spots are strictly limited- only 10 available, $15 pp. Please send me a message on 0403 081 702 or on Instagram @stefitness_pt . All spots must be secured by advance payment through PayPal or direct deposit (will pass on details privately).... 1.5m social distancing will be required. Hand sanitiser will be available. No equipment will be used. I will be wearing a mask, but masks are optional for you whilst exercising. However, you will be required to wear it before and after the session. Apart from that, all you will need is a mat and some water! (Mats will not be provided. Alternatively a towel could be used). BIG thank you to the portarlington tennis club for their support! Whilst all group exercise must be carried out outdoors at the moment, as soon as restrictions lift we will be able to use the tennis club room if the weather isn’t great. But for now the gorgeous, clean and spacious tennis courts will be our training ground. Can’t tell you how excited I am to see you in the flesh! FYI- online zoom Pilates will continue as normal. That little baby ain’t going anywhere

13.01.2022 Hi Tennis Family. Junior Coaching will not be available at PTC until next year when we also hope to start Tennis4Teens on Friday nights! To continue serving our community we will be hosting a junior social hit every Wednesday between 4-5pm from 14th October, where will will supervise and organise games of tennis and ping pong.
