24.01.2022 COVID SAfe Check-In will roll out from tomorrow, to enhance contact tracing and keep our community COVID safe. All businesses or organisations with a COVID Safe... Plan will be required to display a COVID SAfe Check-In QR Code, and also provide an alternate paper record sheet for contact tracing records. The mySA GOV app will host the COVID SAfe Check-In feature, which once opened, will allow you to scan a business’ QR code. The app securely collects limited personal information as you enter a business or venue. Your details will only be kept for 28 days and will only be released to SA Health for official contact tracing purposes. 20.01.2022 #BREAKING: At midnight tonight, a raft of changes to SA’s COVID-19 restrictions will come into effect for at least two weeks: - Gyms, recreational & play centre...s will close - Community sport & training cancelled (outdoor fitness like boot camps can continue) - Funerals capped to 50 people, with one person per four square metres - Churches capped to 100 people - Private events at licensed venues capped at 50, with no stand-up consumption - Hospitality venues capped at 100, with one person per four square metres, no stand-up consumption and max bookings of 10 people - Private gatherings - 10 people per residence There has been no new cap placed on weddings, but guests will be required to register with the Communicable Disease Control Branch. 16.01.2022 BASEBALL CANCELLED FOR TWO WEEKS To control the current outbreak of Covid-19 in SA the government has implemented new restrictions. These include a cancellation of community sport training and games. This sadly means there is no baseball for the next two weeks beginning midnight tonight. No training is to be held at the club. 13.01.2022 TEE-BALL Register before this FRIDAY OCTOBER 2ND and your tee-ball pack should be waiting for you at the first session! Registrations done later will still receive a tee-ball pack, but might have to wait until a little later in the program to receive them.... Our Tee-Ball program will run at 17:30 on Monday night's beginning November 2nd. We'll have six sessions in 2020 (finishing December 7) and then break for the school holidays. 11.01.2022 JERSEYS!!! Our jerseys are almost ready! The design hasn't changed so if you still have last year's there's no need for a new one.... For those without a jersey (or if you have one that didn't get a number) we will have the jerseys and be printing numbers next TUESDAY 6TH and WEDNESDAY 7th of OCTOBER at 7pm at the club. Jersey's are $40 and you can pay on the night. You can also pick your number from a list of those available on the night. We don't have an endless supply so if your current jersey is OK please allow those without one first dibs. Hats will also be available for purchase.

From Baseball SA: 37 DEGREES SUNDAY The BSA Hot Weather Policy is in play - the BOM has forecast Sunday at 37 degrees which means all Junior games will be cancelled, there will be slight changes to the Div 1-2-3 game conditions and any Senior League juniors playing Div 1-2-3 tomorrow will need a signed form to allow them to take the field.
