Of course getting out for a run is a good thing but ensuring you stay at least 1.5m from everyone else is a really important measure to keep any chance of COVID-19 spreading around from people who arent yet symptomatic. If you have completed a timed 5k sometime in the last week, head to your parkrun profile and add your time as a (not) parkrun and lets share in your progress! It doesnt have to be on our course, and it doesnt have to be Saturday morning. It wont count towards your parkrun tally and is entirely done on an honour system but lets see how many folk we can encourage to be active in the weeks ahead since it doesnt look like we will be back doing official parkruns until the rest of Australia is ready ... which might well be a few more months yet!
