22.01.2022 On our way home from an awesome weekend at North Aussies in Mackay. All competitors had a great weekend, congratulations to Jack, Izzy, Rochelle and Tom on your medals, Irene and John for getting Age Champion and Jack for also getting on the Queensland Country Team!!! A short stop over in Townsville due to a broken down bus could not dampen our high!

20.01.2022 We are looking for new Volunteer Life Savers to strengthen our patrols on Four Mile Beach! Be part of an awesome club, give back to the community and make new friends for life. The Port Douglas SLSC patrols Four Mile Beach on Sundays and Public Holidays from May - November (You would be on patrol one day every 4 - 6 weeks).... We are starting a Bronze medallion Course on 29 May and we would love for you to be part of this! 16.01.2022 Our little nipper Alex stacked his bike and is spending a bit of time at Townsville hospital to recover. The good news is that he will be totally fine again in a few weeks time! A big thank you to Jess from the Branch Office in Townsville who paid Alex a visit and gave him a rescue stinger buddy to keep him company. You gotta love the Family! 14.01.2022 The 20/21 Nutrigrain Ironman and Ironwoman Series kicks off on Saturday 19 December and to celebrate we have organised for this to be on live at N 17 Burger Co. Port Douglas! The 20/21 Nutri-Grain Series kicks off to an almighty start as 40 of the best IronMen and IronWomen are brought to their limits as Round 1 hits Kingscliff Beach December 19. Watch the race in air-conditioned comfort while enjoying a juicy burger and cold drink.... The race will be on from 11am - 1pm on Saturday 19 December.
