22.01.2022 Spartan Lunges for a Cause. A challenge in support of White Ribbon and The Unite Project. We had 3 teams of 3. All I can say is, this was painful. Steve said it was fun but painful. Thanks guys for helping us support a great cause. 1km lunges and 300 burpees each team.... Definitely a challenge. See more

16.01.2022 OK. So with 2 wins, 1 second, and 1 would not have a clue of his placing, Steve came 2nd today. He is now part of the NSW team off to Perth in October to compete with the rest of Australia. He found his AARRGGHH today and smashed it. SO PROUD XXX
