Phil (head judge) from ANB Central Coast said, "I passed your photo to a few of the other judges. You were just out of the placings. Your presentation was great."

07.01.2022 Try this one next time you box. Left rights for 40 sec but doing a little squat, next 40 sec go lower with the squat & the last 40 sec perform a box squat (as if you're sitting on a knee high box). The pad person should always be doing the same squat. Warning: this burns & is a great anaerobic workout, as you can see in the pic below.
