25.01.2022 Well done PLHA Women’s Masters Team! Sunday saw this group of athletes competing in Adelaide at the SA Women’s Masters Carnival against teams from metro and a couple of regional teams.

Held in age groups, our athletes have the opportunity to further develop the technical and tactical skills we have been working on locally. Good luck everyone and remember to fire up those character attributes that make you an asset to a team.

18.01.2022 And that's a wrap! What a way to spend a long weekend working with South Australia's next-generation Hockey players. ... Yesterday we saw the U15 Metro & Regional Fire Academy come together and compete in a Hockey 5's tournament. Upstairs they completed a Bullying & Violence prevention workshop. Today the U18 Academy hit the pitch. Some exciting goals and great team play! Both Men & Women squads completed a Drug & Alcohol Education seminar hosted by Sammy D Foundation. It's great to see 300+ athletes from across the State attend the State Hockey Centre over the past 3 days. #FIREDUP
