05.01.2022 Food prep for the week. It takes only 1 hour to cook and put together my salad for the week ahead. Full of nutrients. It's easy to eat well.

05.01.2022 This is a walnut and bran muffin from McDonald's. I was shocked to see nearly 36g of sugar!! That's 7 teaspoons!! There is more sugar than flour!!! Has 28g of fat! This bran muffin is nearly 600 calories and people are eating them without too much thought. It's no wonder so many people are struggling. Beware.
