23.01.2022 On the twenty-first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me Positive Partnerships Planning Matrix. The Planning Matrix is a tool designed to support families and teachers to better understand the unique characteristics of a child. The information gathered can then be shared with extended family, teachers, health care providers and other caregivers. We have a couple of different versions of our Planning Matrix. We have our standard Planning Matrix and our Visual Planning ...Matrix. We also have an individual storyboard developed in collaboration with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. All versions of our Planning Matrix are intended to help parents, carers and teachers identify the unique strengths and challenges individual children may exhibit across five key areas, and to highlight strategies that can be used to further support them. To download our Planning Matrix, click here - https://www.positivepartnerships.com.au//p/planning-matrix

18.01.2022 On the twentieth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me Positive Partnerships 'Most Likely / Less Likely' template. For many people on the autism spectrum, the link between behaviour and sensory processing is often unrecognised. The impact can be significant, but this is not always easily described or expressed by the individual. As an Educator, understanding the link between sensory and behaviour will support you to implement strategies for the student. The 'Most Like...ly / Less Likely' template is one tool that is designed to help you understand sensory seeking or sensory avoiding behaviour. Click here to download the template - https://www.positivepartnerships.com.au//most-likely-less-
