19.02.2022 I have had many beautiful friends over the years. Some who have passed through, leaving me with the wisdom they had to share. Other stopping for a long time, who seem to be always there right at the right time, and others that come in and out of our presence, for short bursts. Reminding us of who we are.
10.02.2022 For along time I experienced very low confidence and self esteem. Always comparing myself to others, placing them on an imaginary pedestal. It was so real to me though.... Until i said no more! No more self pity, no more outing everyone around me on a pedestal thinking that that’s where I wanted to be. It was time to take back my life and my confidence in being me... the quirky, crazy, beautiful soul me. It was in that conscious choice, that I found piece in being and shar...ing ME! Confidence re grew, a positive self esteem and self worth was restored. Confidence is found in honouring your truth.

I am always reminding myself that the beahaviour is not important, the behaviour is merely the symptom of what’s going on underneath. When you start to address the feelings, you start to deal with the cause. ... Listen for the calls for help. Our little ones need someone to champion them. Be that person for you little person with big emotion. from a Mum wanting to be the best Mum for her little people.
