24.01.2022 We got called out to an office in St Kilda Road, Melbourne to rescue this little guy who made a cosy little home in the hot water unit cupboard. You can hardly blame him for finding a warm spot to sleep!

23.01.2022 I spent some time today putting together some small thank you gifts for our customers that have posted wonderful feedback on Google. As a small business navigating through these really difficult times a small gesture such as acknowledging our good work is so appreciated and valued. If you know of a small business that has provided you with good service or has made life just a little easier and happier for you, let them know. You can use social media to give back to businesse...s who right now need their people, their village to keep them afloat. Its quick, its cheap and the kindness goes a long way. Leave them a Google, Facebook or Instagram comment/review. Trust me every little bit helps. We're here for the long haul and there will be better happier days. Stay Safe Victoria x

10.01.2022 Possum Catchers are so sad & appalled to read about this awful news. Whilst it is an allegation the footage shown is pretty damning. Possums in Victoria are a protected species and are native to our wildlife here in Australia. Let's look after our furry friends https://www.abc.net.au//greyhound-trainers-suspen/11699434

10.01.2022 Hump Day funnies.... not quite Possums but our cousins accross the sea..... like Possums in the US Raccoons are a protected species... not sure how our Brushtails would fare against a mama Raccoon like this one.

07.01.2022 We are a proud family owned Melbourne business .. and its super special when we receive messages acknowledging this. Our eldest daughter Michaela is our front line, first point of contact and she does an amazing job. Michaela is very professional, very informed but gracious and warm. We are proud to have her on our team, she represents everything we are in business but also a beautiful human.

05.01.2022 FAQ No. 3: How do possums get in my roof? A: Possums do not need a lot space to get into your roof, generally softball size, if their head fits then the body will follow - no matter how big and chubby the possum! When we attend we will look at your roof, surveying your eaves, fasicas boards, gutter and roof tiles. The proofing and blocking of entry points is the most important part of our job and is the first step in the eviction process. ... Often clients are not aware of the state of their roof and therefore to keep your roof possum-free, you need to have your roof maintained. Ensure you clean gutters, cut back branches from the roof, carry out repairs to rotting woodwork and keep your roof tiles maintained. This will go a long way in keeping possums and other wildlife out of your roof!

03.01.2022 A frequently asked question: How do I know if I have possums or rats in my roof? Often the type of noise: If you are hearing a loud heavy bodied animal, screeching or fighting inside your ceiling/roof you have possums. ... Scratching, shuffling, gnawing sounds often indicate Rodents (rats). Also timing: Possums are nocturnal in nature and generally have dawn & dusk activity. They will wake as soon as the sun goes down and you will hear them exiting your roof. They then return back into your roof when the sun is coming up. Rodents (rats) generally have no timetable, you will hear them all through the night and/or during the daytime. Still not sure? Or want to book our services? Call (03) 8840 9572

02.01.2022 Today we pay our respects to those that have fallen to protect and preserve our way of life. We are incredibly lucky to live a free country and our thoughts are with the soldiers of past and present. We also equally extend respect to the VicPol officers who lost their lives this week. May they rest in peace and may their families know they are in our thoughts and hearts.
