I know so many of you KNOW that you're doing a great job and getting wonderful feedback from your clients...but you aren't getting the testimonials you need help build your business. I wonder if sometimes you feel like you don't want hassle new mums with doing this for you, when they have a new baby? And so...you never ask!... Quick tip - make it easy, easy...EASY for your clients! Online forms are by FAR the easiest way to make sure your clients get to share the difference you've made so you can help more people :) There's tons of free options for this: Jotform Google Forms Typeform Survey Monkey Cognito forms Google "free online forms" and the list is endless! Make the form, email the client the link and you'll find 9/10 times they *will* give you that glowing rave review! So I want to know...what is holding you back from getting testimonials and client stories that you can use to promote your birth biz? It makes sense when you think about it - referrals are difficult when you're new, inexperienced and have a limited network. The good news? It's actually easier than ever to connect with potential new clients as a new business. Almost 90% of Australians aged between 18 and 30 access social media at ~least~ once a day*. You can connect with them for free!... You can build a relationship with them through consistency, and showing a genuine willingness to serve...for free! This wasn't possible just 20 years ago, when you'd need to spend a literal fortune on advertising to achieve the same thing.
