19.01.2022 OSU guys, Our brand new stretch and flex class will be starting on Tuesday the 7th of July. This will be run by our very own Senpai Jade. We have two classes available: Tuesday’s 4:45-5:45pm Thursday’s: 7-8pm... Location: JPMA Power Karate Shop 2/629 Gardeners Road, Mascot 2020. There is underground parking available. Each class is $20 which can be paid with the admin team upon arrival. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and a towel. To book or if you have any questions please email [email protected].
