24.01.2022 A warm welcome to the new Holland Park crew and big virtual hugs to our loyal crew at Chapel Hill. We have some important announcements to make regarding how we operate moving forward, so please read the info below regarding updates relevant to BOTH venues. Dining in: with the ability to have 50 people maximum in the venue we want to trial a different way to dine in. This will see no more session times and instead the implementation of a 2-hour seating limit. This means that... if you book at 6 pm you have the table until 8 pm. If you have any questions regarding this please private message our Facebook page or email [email protected] Its not what we usually do but during these difficult times unfortunately it is what we have to do. New opening hours for BOTH venues are listed below: Wed-Thurs: 4.30 pm-9 pm Friday: 3.30 pm-9.30 pm Sat: 12 pm-9.30 pm Sun: 12 pm-8.30 pm Bookings: Holland Park, you are now able to make online bookings. 23.01.2022 Dying to get out and play? Following this weeks further ease of restrictions, we are back in the game! Starting today, we are offering dine-in dinner service for 20 people, Tuesday- Sunday, including lunch service on Saturday & Sunday. 22.01.2022 Attention craft beer fanatics Mark from Newstead Brewing Co. will be over at Holland Park this Friday taking over 4 of our taps with the Humulus Olfactory Project. It’s four beers containing four hops from four of the world’s biggest hop growing regions. What are the flavours you ask? Well, that’s a secret for now. Come along on Friday afternoon to try a sample, meet the man behind your fave beers and try your luck at guessing the secret ingredients (yes they’ll be an epic prize for the winner). 22.01.2022 DINING IN UPDATES In order to give more of you a chance to get out of the house and share a beer and a meal with us, weve made a few tweaks to our dining service times effective as of today. Wednesday: Open from 4.30-8.30pm for bookings & where available walk-ins Thursday-Sunday dinner: Open for two seperate sittings being 5-6.30pm and 7-9pm ... Saturday & Sunday lunch: Open for lunch in two separate sittings being 12-2pm and 2.30-4.30pm If youd like to try your luck on any of these afternoons/nights without a booking you are welcome to, we will do our best to fit you into the sittings above if the numbers accommodate, but best to call ahead! We are gearing up for the very exciting opening of Suburban Social Holland Park and in light of that new venture we will be saying goodbye to Tuesday nights at SS Chapel Hill. 17.01.2022 Help us get your crew in the door! Some handy tips about bookings for BOTH venues... 1. The best way to book your table asap is online through our website. Between running two venues, kids, uni and all the other fun life commitments we don't always get to your phone messages or emails the fastest. Booking online is the easiest option for everyone! ... 2. That being said given our 50person maximum if you cannot book for the exact date and time you are after that means the sitting time has been exhausted and you may need to choose an earlier or later sitting time - our advice is to get in early for Friday & Saturday nights. 3. Please oh please make sure you're booking for the right venue! We send you a booking confirmation email so you can triple check there! 4. For booking requests larger than 12 you will need to contact us as we need to confirm we have the ability to accomodate your number of guests. The best way to contact us is by sending a message on our Facebook page. At the moment it's a little tricky with number restrictions so the earlier you get in touch the greater possibility we can accomodate. Featuring the likes of fresh market swordfish, Moreton Bay bug bao buns, artichoke bites & black angus flank steak, we think your bellies are going to be happy!
