08.01.2022 MEDIA RELEASE FROM POWERCRUISE MANAGEMENT TODAY 13th March 2020 We are obviously aware of the updates from the PM Scott Morrison today and of course our phone is running hot! At this stage we won’t be answering any hypothetical or ‘what if’ questions, we will cross each bridge as we come to it. We get all the same news reports you guys do and work off all the same information and while we understand you are all keen to get answers now, there is no guide for a situation like t...his. Considering these are extreme measures that haven’t been implemented in any of our lifetimes before, we ask for everyone to be patient. In the words of NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian, this is an evolving situation and 'What we decide today may be different from next week'. Based on that information, and that a lot can change in a short amount of time, as of today we will halt accepting additional bookings for all future events, and will not be processing any refunds until such time as we have more solid information and longer term guidelines are provided by the government. If the decision is made in the near future based on Government enforced laws to either cancel or postpone an event, if the event can be postponed based on venue availability, it will be. However if we are left with no choice but to cancel all entrants and spectators will receive a full refund. However now is not the time that solid decisions can be made for events in the future in this evolving situation, and we will not be answering any ‘what if’ questions and we will continue to cross each bridge as we come to it.
