23.01.2022 Our goal always has been to provide an environment that not only encourages physical growth but we also care a lot about your mental growth. A lot of us are worried about what the future holds. Many of us are feeling the strain mentally. ... As strength and conditioning coaches it was important we put into place new training protocols for our shredshed family. This includes free training options as well as a new $15 a week online training program that I will be extending to the broader community. We have a strong community and moving forward over the next several months I know our community is going to grow stronger through this time. Our online program is family friendly and encourages you to include your partner and children. You could also do these sessions through a variety of platforms as a group !!
