24.01.2022 It's now only 4 sleeps until POWERSTRYDE return to Dorset Gardens Hotel (335 Dorset Road, Croydon) for another night of 80s ROCK classics! Doors open at 9pm and the boys hit the stage at 11pm. Entry is $10 ...& for a mere $3,000 extra, you will receive the once in a lifetime opportunity to spend a whole week living at our bass player, Yiorgs’ place, rent free! During this time, you get to cook and clean for him, as well as wash his car...& maybe pay off a few of his bills during the process. You may also get the added bonus holding him while he cries himself to sleep wondering where his life has gone. Now that’s good value! See you all on Friday night!

19.01.2022 It’s been a whole week since POWERSTYDE’s live online peep show and Yiorgs still can’t get rid of the smell in his bedroom. The fan feedback from the show has been amazing! We’ve had numerous people write in telling us that it didn’t suck as much as they thought it would and a number of other fans wrote that, even though we looked like shit, the music sounded like four cats making love in a forrest... The great news is that the peep show is now available on our page & via the... link below, so you can watch it whenever you want. It doubles up as great bedtime material! ...we’re also selling it on VHS through our website; all proceeds will go towards some penicillin to treat the rash that broke out amongst all four of the band members on the night. 05.01.2022 A big shout out to all of our Victorian brothers and sisters during these trying times. While POWERSTYDE are all about living in the moment and not taking life too seriously, we’d be lying if we said we haven’t had our moments over the period of the past three weeks, as a result of the stage 4 restrictions. We are missing the band and spending time together, playing the music we love, being with the people that we love, that traditional game of strip poker that we play togeth...er before each gig (it’s strange how Yiorgs only wears a onesie for these games), showering together after a gig... I digress ...but most of all, we miss the gigs and seeing you guys and the beautiful energy that we get to create together. Although not considered 80s rock. we thought that this was an appropriate track to post considering the the current circumstances; a song inspired by memories of the past and romantic dreams. We miss you all and can’t wait to see you again hopefully sometime soon. Until then, stay vigilant, keep connected with your loved ones, and take care and be kind to yourselves and others Ps.
