23.01.2022 Friday morning Yoga 6.15am-7.15am, flowing strength and grace vinyasa. $10 BH hall- heaters will be on. Happiness!

22.01.2022 Yoga is on in the Hall TODAY! 3-4pm $10 Yin/Yang a balance of standing/active postures, lunge work to open the front body and hips, back beds and pranayam - breathing to soothe and cleanse the nervous system. Hope to see you!

21.01.2022 Happy Easter Yogis! I've been missing Yoga, my dogs and cats. Here's what happens when I'm away from my animals too long; emotional banana-eating and playing mum to local wildlife. I'll be getting into routine at Blue Water Yoga OG Tues morning 6.15am for Dynamic, followed by Yin/yang at Barwon heads on Sunday 27th 3-4pm. Hope to see you!

10.01.2022 Sunday afternoon Yoga is cancelled for the Winter due to lack of numbers, I will see how Friday morning goes for this week. Thanks to all that have come to practice in the last 18 months.

A blend of strengthening standing postures, followed by seated forward bends, therapeutic twists and releasing hip openers! $10 in the Barwon Heads hall Hitchcock Ave - all capped of with a relaxation to reset mind and body for the week ahead.
