We are also pleased to announce that David White has been appointed as General Manager for the Royan Group NZ Operations. David has more than 21 years experience in the New Zealand coating industry with PPG. 24.01.2022 Royans Brisbane New Light Truck Facility Construction work is underway on Royans new facility located on the South East corner of their existing property at Wa...col. This new workshop is being purpose built specifically for light - medium truck accident repairs. It will consist of 6 work bays and a parts storage section all housed in a 608 square metre workshop 3 bays will be equipped with flush to floor 10 tonne scissor lifts, which will provide a very efficient and safe work area. 1 bay is fitted with an in concrete chassis repair frame, with Josam equipment to suit. The new workshop will provide a modern, dedicated light truck repair workshop to cater for this increasing market segment. It will have its own entrance off Industrial Av Wacol & its own office & will provide light truck owners with quality repairs and minimal downtime. PPG's Colour and Marketing teams have joined forces to provide spray painting apprentices a space full of valuable resources for the apprentice automotive spray painting community.... For example, it will provide a handy platform for discussions on a range of topics, the sharing of photos from previous competitions or even offer the ability for past competitors to share their experiences and, potentially, chat with future contestants. From a technical point of view, it's anticipated that it will provide convenient access to a variety of useful colour theory information and the option to ask questions and get an answer from a PPG colour expert. 01.01.2022 The Royan Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of BT Ryan smash repairs in Matraville NSW. BT Ryan is a respected family business with experienced staff... that operate in a well equipped repair facility, and is therefore a perfect fit for the Royan Group. The company will continue to service the needs of BT Ryan customers with the range of good quality work they do, and will now also benefit from the systems and resources that Royans provide. BT Ryan is located at 91 Beauchamp Rd, Matraville, close to Sydney airport and provides Royans with a second Sydney location, and which will become the 10th branch in the Royan Group. Its proximity to the Chipping Norton branch will provide the ability for the 2 workshops to provide efficiency & flexibility for their customers. Paul and Gino will continue to manage the business. Brett will continue to provide support to the business for a period of time as it transitions to new ownership, before Brett and his wife Laurie enjoy a well earned retirement. We would like to take this opportunity to wish Brett and Laurie all the best for their future endeavours.
