19.01.2022 Boss Girl Gratitude Every scar i own has its story Without some of the amazing people I have met through my life I wouldnt be where i am today. #literally ... Some of the most inspiring people. Have been my biggest supports in my growth both as a human & then in business. (Some would be surprised by their impact). Some legends have stayed apart of my journey, but some have chosen to close theirs - But without those passing chapters who knows where id be today. There are only a small few i truly miss. And wish were still around. But watching them continue to make a difference and become better is amazing to watch. So I guess they are still inspiring me and reminding me why I do what i do. Why i love my job. Why im passionate about my career #lovemyjob

15.01.2022 Hi I dont think Ive ever introduced myself. But im Hayley. Founder of @pinpoint_sports_therapies A Country kid from Victoria. Although havent lived in ...Traralgon now for about 18yrs! Im a lover of sport. Ive attempted to Play all the sports. But my faves were basketball and Indoor Cricket . I have a Background in hospitality and tourism - this job allowed me to travel the world as well as our own beautiful country! This is where my love or coffee started I was late in learning the goodness of this liquid gold. My next post will go into more details on my passions surrounding the industry and career i have chosen - but it all started while travelling and pretending I knew how to massage. They were quick to tell me "you have great hands!" So when I got back from travelling overseas i booked a short weekend course to see if massage was for me! . Long story short here I am with a business I have been running for 10years! And so grateful for where its taken me and the growth its allowed. Watch this space to hear more about the journey to 2020 . #hello #massagetherapist #traveller #mystory #stayinthegame #whoami #lovemyjob #growth #gratitude #creator #girlboss #me #I #followme #thankyou #myjourney . @distinctmassage

11.01.2022 Massage for weight loss?? NO... Massage does not make the body lose weight, however it can improve the condition of the skin, keeping it firm, reducing cellu...lite, fluid retention, stretch marks etc. ... Also massage will help increase circulation and help remove toxins from the body. It boosts your metabolism, blood circulation and helps relax the sore muscles after a workout This creates a stronger version of your body thus a perfect backdrop for your weight loss Massages do work to reduce the dimpling of skin that comes with the accumulation of fat, better called cellulite #stayinthegame #selfcare #massage #weightloss #sportsmassage #health #preventativehealth #circulation #reducecellulite #reducestress #fluidretention #wellness #girlboss #instagood

02.01.2022 MASSAGE BENEFITS cont.... It counteracts all that sitting you do Most individuals are dealing with some kind of postural stress, Especially with the ongoing si...tuation with covid. More often than not [that stress] tends to manifest in the shoulders and neck. But desk workers, beware. More advanced forms of postural stress show up as pain or weakness in the low back and gluteals caused by prolonged periods of sitting. And considering the benefits of massage therapy, unexpectedly yet luckily, massage can counteract the imbalance caused from sitting. This means you can keep your desk job as long, as you schedule a regular massage! #callnow It eases muscle pain Got sore muscles? Massage therapy can help. Massage increases and improves circulation. Just like rubbing your elbow when you knock it on a table helps to relieve the pain. A 2011 study published in the Annals of Internal Medicine, found benefits of massage therapy as effective as other methods of treatment for chronic back pain. It boosts immunity A 2010 study published in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine found that massage boosts patients white blood cell count, which plays a large role in defending the body from disease. Additionally, it also improves immune function, including for individuals with HIV. FYI: A daily elixir is also a great way to boost immunity. It relieves headaches Next time a headache hits, try booking a last-minute massage. Massage decreases frequency and severity of tension headaches. Research from Granada University in Spain found that a single session of massage therapy immediately effects perceived pain in patients with chronic tension headaches. . . . . . . #massage #benefits #redfernphysio #remedialmassage #sydneytherapist #selfcare #mentalhealth #bodyawareness #stayinthegame #wellness #health #boostyourimmunesystem #headaches #tension #betterthanbefore #booknow #posture #homeoffice #improveyourself
