It’s sposta b our 21st & all, but remember, no balloons (single use plastic/rubber), def not helium-filled (world-wide shortage despite obvious ever-amusing chipmunk-like harmony option), neither nitrous-filled (nang-based high + Barry White impressions notwithstanding). I’m doin the waving-hand-on-a-spring stuck to my forehead (rather than worn interna...lly as usual) & independently moving eyeballs...
