25.01.2022 Okay... Some things to note: The business is opening again.... I'm still working on marketing, getting nowhere with finalising a logo design... I spend my time making new pieces. I am going to finish some pieces soon, mostly rings. I have as many more left to finish, and more that are half finished. There is a mix of every style. I've re-made designs that I like and of course changed them. There is a theme. I was planning to be working on 'stone jewellery' where it's more open, with simple wire work and it's all about the gems. I have done enough experimenting already. I will work on a silver (with palladium alloy) range. I'll try out a few designs in silver first. In finishing some pieces I will be back to setting again. I will take progress shots, then finish the pieces ready for setting, and make a setting production line... so that any tricky jobs won't be tricky when I get to them. The shop will open again as soon as possible. I really don't know what to do. There are shoppers walking around. What I do know is that these new pieces won't finish themselves ;-) and showcase what I can do.

22.01.2022 Good day today. Customer lover her new ring. Learned something new and finished a new stock piece that I'm pleased with.

21.01.2022 This is 90% what I want in my logo... so much work. If I knew how to use the right software, I'd like to thicken the lettering some, and balance it up a bit. I'm hoping to use this and I'm not sure if I will like it. I certainly like where it is going, but I'm not sure if it's refined enough to share.... What do you think?

12.01.2022 I recently changed the hours to Fri & Sat This is necessary until I get the business' marketing ready and the shop is busy enough that I can be full-time behind the bench (which is the only way my trade is viable). As it is, I'm keeping busy on other projects as well as the business.
