25.01.2022 HANDY HINT: HOW TO CLEAN FRUIT BAT DROPPINGS OFF YOUR ACRYLIC COURT... Fruit bats, especially in Queensland can be quite the mess, in particular on your acrylic court and can prove difficult to clean often causing degradation of your surface. They should be immediately removed by mechanically scraping them off or by water blasting. In severe cases, they will cause blistering and peeling, not only of the surface but also of the asphalt base to a depth of 3-6mm, in these cases, the surface should be patched with the surface materials. Please don't try to do this yourself, we highly recommend a trained installer. Contact us and we will fix that problem right up.
