19.01.2022 Born and raised on a dairy farm in Pontinia, Italy, Mario and Giulia Cannovaro first developed culinary skills producing and selling cheese. It was in Naples, howeverthe birthplace of pizza just an hour away from their hometownwhere they went to study the art and craft of the pizzaiolo. After learning all things Neapolitan, among some of the best pizza makers in the world, the Cannovaro’s came to Australia and opened several successful pizzerias. Ultimatelyinevitably?they settled in Annandale, a city with a pizza obsession, if not a pizza legacy, to rival Naples.
