Just a note to touch base with our wonderful loyal customers and update you on Prestige Car Service Centre and to clarify the legal status regarding having your car serviced and the protocols surrounding this process. The VACC has advised us that we are able to continue to operate and provide our usua...l professional standard of care and attention to your vehicles and has given guidance for protocols for operation during the Corona crisis. We here are Prestige Car Service Centre want to reassure you we are going over and above requirements to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers. These protocols include pick-up and delivery of your vehicle for service, thorough sanitation of the vehicle prior to; and post any work being carried out. We also carry out daily thorough cleaning of all surfaces and amenities. As per Government legislation staff are required to wear masks at all times and we respectfully advise that we are unable to engage with clients and traders if these guidelines are not followed. Of course, we are living in an environment that changes daily, but it is our belief that the VACC will be successful in its application for automotive services to be classified as an essential service.... In the meantime, as a friendly reminder, we would like to reassure you that safety of our customers and team members remains our highest concern. We have implemented the recommendations of the World Health Organisation and the Australian Government and have included wrapping of all communal surfaces (door handles, steering wheels etc.) and ongoing sanitisation.
