21.01.2022 Good afternoon everyone! As you might be aware, Orion Springfield Central will be having the COVID-19 TESTING set up in the Sirius Drive carpark opposite the dance studio from tomorrow. This might affect where you will need to park for your classes this week. A reminder that our studio receives a deep clean each day and is regularly cleaned throughout the day, including cleaning equipment & props after EACH use and cleaning of the floors and barres between EVERY class. Our s...taff all follow the COVID safe plan we have in place to make it possible for us to still operate. If you are sick, have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, or have been to any of the locations listed on the Queensland government website where current cases have visited, please make sure you remain at home and get tested

10.01.2022 This week is Children’s Mental Health Week! Dance is a wonderful form of expression and a safe place for them to be themselves, develop friendships, and express themselves through movement.

09.01.2022 To say we are beyond proud is an understatement! Our performance teams were able to compete at Starbound this weekend and came away with several Highly Commendeds, Very Highly Commendeds and a couple of 3rd placements! BUT..... we are most proud of the Sportsmanship Award that our students received by representing Prestige Dance Centre through their encouragement of others, behaviour backstage, sense of camaraderie. Well done team!... Thank you to Miss Alycia and Miss Sierah for all of your hard work, and to our wonderful parents who assisted backstage and encouraged our amazing dancers! Rest well everyone

05.01.2022 Dance has always been an important part of my life. I have enjoyed going to dance classes regularly since a young child. I loved taking my RAD ballet exams and... being with my dance family. It’s so important that children and parents are reassured at the moment, especially when faced with the changes COVID-19 has made necessary...The connection and creativity that dance class provides is so beneficial for this age group. Emma Watkins AKA Emma Wiggle recently helped the RAD send a message of reassurance to our youngest dancers who might be overwhelmed by COVID-19 social distancing and hygiene measures.
