Everyone is aware that under no circumstances do you come in with cold like symptoms and if someone is being tested that youve been in contact with, you do not come to the gym just to be sure. . 17.01.2022 No more Tumours and CANCER FREE! We are so proud of this amazingly beautiful human! Over a year ago Dee joined us in our corporate gym and we began a structured program so she could improve her health and well-being. ... See had battled Ovarian Cancer about 8 years ago and had to have a radical hysterectomy. She then has been having constant check ups as there have been several occurrences of random Tumours in her abdomen and she would have to go on cycle of some pretty serious chemo medication to treat these so they shrink! 2020 was another year that the tumours appeared to be increasing again and she was advised by her awesome oncologist that she needs to go on the meds again to treat them. What Dee also did to help was learn her Epigenetic profile with us which helped her understand her biology and what is right for her specifically in terms of nutrition and timing, exercises and timing, when she needs to chill and what really helps her body and mind thrive genetically! Only 8 weeks after being back on the meds for these latest tumours, her Oncologist runs the tests to see where they are at... he runs the test twice just to be sure because he is amazed that in such a short time, the tumours have not only shrunk.... they are GONE!! That’s right, they have disappeared completely!! His conclusion was that he believed because she was now eating, moving and living with the exact food and behaviour that her biology needs to thrive, that her body actually helped the medication work exactly as it should and is supposed to in record time. The Oncologist is so excited about this being the missing link for his patients to thrive post cancer treatment, that we are meeting next year to set a mutual referral type plan to see this happen as a great option for all of them! Pretty damn cool! 16.01.2022 One of the absolute pleasures in my Prestige-Fit life is going to spend time helping this Mother and Daughter team. . Gill and Kylie are so cool and I am there with them twice a week improving their health and fitness every week at their amazing home. . Four weeks ago Gill completed her Epigenetic Assessment and has taken on the Guardian HealthType like a wonderful human. She has has dropped 6kg, lost 32cms over her body measurements. These are some very good stats. ... . Kylie has Cerebral Palsy is an absolute champion with her fitness, she just turned a young 40 and lives her best life in her own home which is so awesome! We have trained over a thousand sessions, conditioned specifically for many events like power lifting, endurance multi-day obstacle races and lengthy endurance trail runs. Sarah met her life Partner now at the gym! @gunzy83 ... And now we are conditioning, maintaining fitness and strength for a much more important event in their lives... She’s pregnant!! ...And we are so excited to be helping Sarah and Ross keep healthy and super well so they are ready for this new chapter in their world! They totally deserve this to be as smooth as with the focus they both have on living a wonderfully healthy life, creating the best environment for having a healthy bubba! Many people believe that training should stop while you’re pregnant, when in actual fact, if you have been training prior to becoming pregnant, it can be detrimental to stop training. Your programming just needs to change and be adapted to appropriate exercises as you progress and of course postnatal needs to have certain focuses depending on the individual circumstances!
