16.01.2022 Preston are proud to announce that instead of hitting the footy field this year, we are going head to head with three other VAFA clubs in the blood donor centre! The Victorian Football & Netball Blood Challenge is a fantastic initiative that encourages all of our club members to help save lives through plasma and whole blood donations. We take on Brunswick FC between July 26 and 15 August.... We encourage all of our club members to join the initiative. More information can be found below! https://bit.ly/3f9Htfq

11.01.2022 The club would like to send our condolences to Reed and Elwood Jepson, who sadly lost their father in recent weeks. Reed was an integral player at Preston during its inaugural years, as shown below. A strong defender and premiership player loved by all, we will keep Reed and his brother Elwood in our thoughts during this difficult time. One club

06.01.2022 With new restrictions in place in Victoria, we would like to let our followers know that the VAFA Blood Challenge is still going ahead! As donating blood is an essential act of care-giving, you are able to travel to your nearest blood bank and donate! The 5km restrictions do not apply, so book in now to support the community and save lives! Stay safe and stay well

06.01.2022 A message from the President To all our PBAFC family I thank you all for your patience, understanding and support in what has been a difficult year so far.... We now have a clear picture with the VAFA Board’s decision this week to call a halt to the 2020 season. Whilst disappointed that we cannot see our teams out on the field on Saturday, we support any decision that prioritises the safety and health of our members, supporters, families and friends. Although the 2020 season will not go ahead, it doesn’t mean the club operations stops. Over the coming weeks the Committee will meet and assess what we as a club can do to maintain engagement and involvement of our members, and what planning is required for 2021. We welcome input and suggestions from all members surrounding ways we can maintain safe interaction and participation regarding players maintaining fitness levels, socialising safely, fundraising, and ideas for 2021. 2020 has been a testing time for all involved at the club, and I would like to thank everyone for their efforts in getting training back on board, the players for their enthusiasm and dedication, the coaches for their hard work and patience in an ever-changing landscape, our staff in their continued support and our Committee (many in their first year) for steering the club through constantly evolving requirements from numerous organisations and governing bodies. Please take the chance over the off-season to put your suggestions forward for areas of improvement (we encourage members to think outside the box and are open to innovative ideas), or get involved in off-field club activities directly. 04.01.2022 With the season restart looking like more of a possibility (no guarantee, though), we thought we'd share some of our favourite photos from last season!
