14.01.2022 I’m writing this to give you my positive experiences with Teresa from Prime RE Group real estate. I first met Teresa in an open house inspection for a house she was selling at Parafield Gardens. I felt comfortable straight away with how open and friendly she was showing me through the house.... Showing an interest in my cars and other various interests. The house appealed to me as it had significant garaging plus many other features I liked. I put in an offer for the property and although I didn’t end up buying it, I was guided through the whole procedure as I’m not an experienced buyer and felt no pressure what so ever and no hard feelings when I couldn’t go through with the purchase When it was time for me to sell my take away shop I had at Elizabeth downs a couple of years later , I reached out to Teresa again as I remembered how good and thorough she was when looking at the house. I know other agents personally but I chose not to go through them as it was all about pushing sales and figures etc I ended up selling the shop for a significant amount guiding both myself and the buyer through a difficult process caused by a very non cooperative landlord who made this a lot more difficult than it needed to be. Teresa did all the leg work and worked hard to make the sale happen. Every part was explained to me in detail and and no time was I left not knowing or not informed and anything written in contracts etc We have remained friends since and I highly recommended her to anyone for a sale or property management.
