15.01.2022 SPRING... grass seeds! Check feet regularly and consider clipping feet right back. But if you do get grass seed infection, smother with magnesium sulphate ( at chemist warehouse), and strap firmly with bandage for 1-2 days. Should draw the offending seed out, and dog saliva will keep infection at bay! Or Rawleighs man & beast salve! ( markets and online).

09.01.2022 It is with great sadness we announce that Thorn has left his earthly life. After a very rapid decline he was found to have lymphomas all through his intestines. So fast and unexpected. Our hardy, happy, beautiful brown eyed boy! Apart from bringing masses of joy to us, his beloved sitter, Poppa Frank, he brought joy to many kids, assisting them to overcome fear of dogs, allowing them to perceive they were master dog trainers and providing patient snuggles. Such a beautiful temperament! Father to forty beautiful pups, with lots of great families letting us know what great dogs they have! Well done boy dog, and thankyou

01.01.2022 Back in November, just a month after Thorns death, Pumikin lost a battle with A Brown snake, possibly in the house or one I had chased away from near pens, being merciful. Losing two of your darling dogs, that shared so much of my journey was really tough, so the notice didn't get put up. She was buried at home, and Thorns ashes scattered over her, on daffodil hill in 44 degree temperatures, which was somewhat therapeutic. The other collars are from Gadget, a friends old kelpie, and Bear, a rescue Sharpei which took to hunting sheep. Both beautiful old dogs....
