25.01.2022 We started another 4 week program last night. The rain held off long enough to complete the fitness tests so I look forward to seeing the improvements. Try not to let the spring carnival ruin your personal goals too much! :)

25.01.2022 We are heading into our last few weeks! Hopefully the weather will be nice and the mossies few and far between for a change. I have been making changes to the website to make the registration process and price structure a bit clearer. Anyone who started training last year are automatically Loyality members (formerly Foundation members). If you are not sure of anything, please let me know
