22.01.2022 PRINT EXCHANGE DEADLINE EXTENSION! As Stage 3 and 4 restrictions are currently in place in Victoria, we realise this may be impacting upon some of our members... access their usual printmaking facilities, and ability to submit a print edition for the PCA Print Exchange. In light of this we have extended the deadline to submit a print for this project by one month! Entries are now due on the 30th of October, 2020. We have had a fantastic response so far, but don't want anyone to miss out on this great opportunity to create new work and receive some fabulous prints in return, plus all the fun of the online Facebook auction and connecting with other PCA Members. 21.01.2022 ARTIST:N Megan FIsher TITLE: We Are Not Meant To Be Alone TYPE: Relief STATEMENT: This print is a reaction to the severe lockdown we all have faced and in particular those living in Melbourne. As seen in the short story "The Machine Stops" human beings need each other, not technology. 2020 is a reminder that screens will never replace the deepest desire embedded in our hearts of needing to be with each other.
