25.01.2022 Embrace the grind...
12.01.2022 Chris Thomas and I were going to chat on the Australian Seller Podcast tonight about launching products on Amazon.com. But my son fell sick so we decided to postpone. We planned to run through the exact strategy I use to launch my products to the top of the search rankings. See below. Launching on Amazon.com is easier than ever if you understand what the Amazon A9 algorithm requires and you also have sufficient inventory and capital to drive the required traffic (e.g. I use 3... traffic sources at full priced buys). Here is an example of a launch I just completed for one of my new products. We hit the top spot through an 8 day launch for the main keyword. We also ranked for a number of other lower volume keywords as well. Daily sales is looking great but the true test is whether it maintains it's rankings for the months leading up to Q4. My students and clients have achived similar results and some of them are brand new to Amazon selling (e.g. first product launch). So hopefully I will be able to share the strategy and steps at some stage. But believe me when I say that it's easier than you think. There is no sorcery when it comes to launch. Know the strategies and techniques and it all just becomes an effective and efficient process.
07.01.2022 SPLIT TESTING to gain an extra $1500 in profit (not revenue) for one product! Results and info in the video. Split testing is one of the best kept secrets when it comes to Amazon PL and the vast majority of sellers do not carry out split testing nor do they even understand what it's all about or how to execute the testing. But it is the mother of all hacks and the best listing optimization you can perform. Listing optimization is only 70% complete without proper and structure...d split testing. Watch this short video where I run through a set of split testing results for a test that was completed for one of my products in the past month, and you can see the type of results you can achieve if done properly.

01.01.2022 I was interviewed on the Australian Seller Podcast last week and the episode has now been released. You can find it at the link below. It was really awesome to jump on and share some high level tips with the selling community and in general, just to give back to the wider Amazon PL community at large. I think Chris Thomas (manages the show) wants to have me do a regular spot quarterly so we'll see how that goes.
