25.01.2022 WINDBACK WEEKEND.. We can totally understand that it could get boring for some to keep seeing photos of us fitting windback sunroofs into falcon after falcon..... so we have tried to spice up our photos while we fitted a sunroof up in this clean XA Super bird coupe this week.

25.01.2022 WORKSHOP RESTO... Early in the new year we took the opportunity to give the workshop a well needed clean up and freshen up. We got rid of a lot of clutter, re painted floors, walls and some of our machines. A huge job when the shop was still full of jobs. A massive thank you to Jay Jebac for all his help. It was a big job, but had to be done to set us up for the huge year ahead. We have a big a amount of photos to upload over the coming weeks of jobs we have completed over the last 12 months or so.

24.01.2022 STREET CAR SUPERSTARS! Feels like a life time ago! David Murphy and I put a lot of effort into this event. We had a lot of support from friends and businesses to make this a success. Great memories.

24.01.2022 Its been a long time between updates. We had a hectic run to the end of 2017 finalising as many jobs as possible. Here are some photos of Georges super tuff blown injected XY Falcon that we completed late last year. This XY came in for tubs, 4 link rear with new axles and Wavetrac centre. New boot floor, raised tunnel, and mounting of new fuel tank. While it was in, we did some rear quarter panel repairs and replaced the rear beaver panel to rectify some old not so nice repairs. We trimmed the bonnet for the new EFI hat and fabricated a new back half exhaust system. Keep an eye out for this tuff streeter as it is in its final stages of completion..

23.01.2022 Adams XY... officially Pro Street Metalcraft 001. The very first one out of the stable. Built completely in the home garage while we were both still in high school. It made Top 60 at its first summernats. We were proud as punch. This beast is undergoing a big revamp and freshen up as we speak. We will upload some photos soon. ... Adam Francica

22.01.2022 DART ATTACK!! STREET DRIVEN BLOWN INJECTED GASSER... Our good friend Ivan approached us about doing a bit of an update on his Dodge Dart gasser. Still wanting to retain the over all appeal of the car, he wanted to fit a new set of weld rims, Wilwood brakes, a new diff housing and 35 spline axles. While we were at it we fitted a fire system, and Ivan took the chance to freshen up the underside with some fresh powder coating, new shocks and some detailing. ... This would have to be hands down one of the coolest genuinely Street driven cars around!!

21.01.2022 EXTRA EXTRA.. ROARY dips into the 7s!! Yesterday was a very happy and emotional day for our friend and customer Tricky. After almost 12months of pushing hard, he dipped into the 7 sec zone in his street driven, nitrous Windsor powered Capri. [email protected] with a 1.19 60ft. We are absolutely over the moon for him and proud to be associated with this little weapon. His never give up attitude will only see ROARY get faster and quicker.

21.01.2022 WINDBACK WEEK! It doesnt rain, it pours. 5 windback sunroofs delivered and booked in to be installed in the last 2 weeks! Here we have 1 blasted and in epoxy ready for installation and 2 more unpicked and ready for the blasting and repairs. 2 more to prepare next week. We dont know where everyone is finding them but we love it. Every falcon should have one if you ask us.

21.01.2022 LET THE SUN SHINE IN! CJ from GT Falcon Restorations contacted us about fitting a windback sunroof into Nicks beautiful XA Coupe late last year. We fitted the roof with the least amount of damage as possible as the car was a complete running car. Credit to CJ and his crew, for painting the roof, re fitting the trim fitting the Vynal roof to give this beast a unique and very classy look

21.01.2022 MURPHYS LAW! The latest addition to the Murphy stable. Dave bought the bright orange Falcon Sprint as a roller. Over the last couple of weeks it has been fitted with the twin carb nitrous Windsor from PRO69C. With the steering modified, new front engine plates, modified headers, notched windscreen, nitrous plumbing and of course some nice graphics, the early bird is ready to hit the track this week.. Something tells me it will be back before long for some wheelie bars

21.01.2022 TC/TD CORTINA FRONT ENDS.. Nick spoke to us about supplying him on of our chromoly tubular front ends for his tough Pro Street Cortina which was appart for a small make over. This is a complete bolt in replacement for the original cross member. We currently fabricate these to order but are working on having a couple in stock. These have been engineered for street use and we are going through the tests and procedures to be able to supply paperwork to our customers to make the registration process much easier.

20.01.2022 We havent had the chance to put it out there as yet but within in the last 12 months we have acquired the all the jigs and tooling from Daren Worboys (Previously Darens mobile sunroofs) for the correct fitment of Golde Windback sunroofs. We are very excited to be able to supply this service to our customers. Our facility combined with Darens 25+ years of experience enables us to offer an extremely clean, neat and factory style fit. ... 20.01.2022 Pro Street Euro! BMW 323i. This little pocket rocket was delivered to us to remove any existing work and start fresh with a back half chassis and parallel 4 link while retaining the rear seat. The result is one very different and cool looking car. Its due to hit the road soon.

19.01.2022 WE PREDICT SUNSHINE FOR 4 WEEKS! Our workshop has been looking more like a Ford assembly line lately. 4 windback sunroof installations in 4 weeks. Some needed more surgery than others but the final product is the same.. We think every falcon should have one so we are doing our part to get there.

18.01.2022 Its been a while since our last post. A congratulations to the Murphys Law crew... after its debut at Powercruise, while battling with some electrical/battery gremlins we came home with a $500 check for the best wheel stand at lights out on the Friday night and the big $5000 win for the buy in outlaws which was fought out in a controversial final against Mark Hayes in his tough big block Torana.

18.01.2022 A new diff housing we recently fabricated for a customer to suit a tubbed VK commodore with tubular bottom arms and coil over shocks... 9 inch diff conversions from mild to wild are one of our specialties, we can guarantee the highest quality and good turn around..

17.01.2022 Anyone that knows me knows of my love of touring cars.. Last week we had the pleasure of working on GSR 9. The first AU Falcon V8 Supercar built by Glenn Seton Racing/FTR now proudly owned by David Murphy We replaced the front screen and refitted the Larry bar which was cut out at some stage of the cars life. ... Today we spent the morning at Sydney Motorsport Park, reuniting GSR9 with Glenn Seton. He took the old girl for a couple of sessions and came out quite impressed with how it has survived. A Real gentleman of the sport... absolute Legend.

16.01.2022 Elias XY falcon came to us with tubs and roll cage fitted. We removed the roll cage, fitted windback sunroof, fabricated a new moly cage to fit in with the sunroof, fabricated a removable parachute mount and an alloy mid plate for the super tuff nitrous Trick and Mansweto Windsor. This will be one clean and super tuff street car when its done.

16.01.2022 PHAT XY A special car for me as it formed part of our wedding day back in its humble days. Jeremys track red XY GS is now a Pro Street monster with attitude. We carried out all the fabrication work including tubs, inboard mono leafs, sheet metal diff, true trac centre, 35 spline axles, chassis connectors, tin work, full exhaust system, half cage, electric handbrake, and fuel tank mounts. Phill Xerri has done a magic job of the body/paint work as well as the final fit up.... With big dish bead lock rims, a sheet metal twin carb Windsor, beautiful body and paint work and killer stance...this is one that ticks all the boxes. This car is a credit to Jeremy and everyone involved and one that we are proud to have played our part in.

16.01.2022 FAT XY Windback Sunroof installation. This car made a big impact when it was debuted at MotorEx Sydney, but those with a keen eye would have realised that by Summernats the same year, it appeared with a Windback sunroof fitted. It was around November 2017 when we were approached by John to fit a sunroof to this beast. It was delivered to us with the roof and trim stripped. John supplied us with a mint XY sunroof turret from which we in picked the sunroof and fitted it to t...he car. Danny and the team at custom Bodyworks took over after we were done to paint and assemble the beast in time for Summernats. The perfect finishing touch to an already amazing car John Saad

16.01.2022 A job we just completed for one of our loyal customers. Pete brought us his nice clean Apollo blue XB Fairmont. We fabricated a half chassis with a braced 9 inch and parallel 4 link. Engine plate and transmission cross member. With its fat rear end and super tough BK Race Engines Big Block Ford and Als race glides 3 speed this is going to be one to look out for.. Thank you Pete for your loyalty and patience with this project.

16.01.2022 TO TUB OR NOT TO TUB THAT IS THE QUESTION... Harry has always wanted a bit of dish on the rear of his mustang but was battling with the thought of cutting up such a clean mustang. With the right wheel selection and some diff/suspension modifications we managed to give him the look he was after without taking to the car with a grinder. A new set of wheels, new ride height and power steering have transformed this little cruiser.

09.01.2022 CANDY LOVE! We had this candy apple red XW in this week for a Windback sunroof install. Customer supplied us a complete sunroof in beautiful condition. We stripped it down, coated it in 2k epoxy, fitted new rubbers and felt and carried out the factory style fit up ready for final assembly and pick up on Tuesday.

07.01.2022 One of the more serious diffs we have fabricated..full chrome moly construction including custom brackets, doublers, back brace, billet off set shock mounts and 40 spline floaters. This beauty is destined for our customer Pauls tube chassis LC Torana. The car is coming along nicely so watch for some updated photos soon..

06.01.2022 This week we finalised our tubular double wishbone front end for Ryans TC Cortina. Its been an enjoyable project and we are over the moon with the final product. We are now jigged up and able to produce these for your cortina as a complete bolt in unit. Here are some photos of it in the raw as well as some final fit up pics.

06.01.2022 GSR8 IN THE HOUSE! This week we brought GSR8 to the workshop, the last of the cars built by Glenn Seton Racing before the FTR era. Daves HK GTS Monaro With Daves recent announcement that his beloved HK Monaro is off to a new home, we thought it might be an appropriate time to share some pics of work we have carried out a heap of work on the beast over the years and through its various incarnations. ... Over the years we have: - Fabricated new 9inch diff - New axles & diff centre - Fabricated removable parachute mount - Wilwood brakes and master cylinder Our last meeting with the Monaro was just prior to Drag challenge 2018 after it was fitted with its latest EFI Nitrous BBC Combination. Here, Dave entrusted to: - Shorted diff to suit his new choice in wheels - Fitted mono leafs, sliders and traction bars supplied by Gazard bros. - New mounts and shocks - Gazard bros Anti Roll bar - raise the boot floor with removable panel. - Sheet metal belly pan - Rear mount mechanical fuel pump - New fuel cell - Tow bar for drag challenge duties. Dave has always presented this car beautify and it has always had a following. A genuinely super tough street car! We wish Dave a the best in his new endeavours and congratulations to the new owner.

04.01.2022 One of the most respected and feared genuine street cars ROARY has undergone a massive rebuild over the last few months and is back bigger and badder than ever.. We did our very best to give Tricky what he needs to get the job done.. - New dropped front cross member with removable centre section - Dropped steering rack - Fabricated dropped engine mounts... - Rear engine plate - Trans cross member - Chassis connectors - Wilwood master cylinder and new brake lines - New diff housing - Anti Roll bar - Menscer motorsports shocks - Raised boot floor - Fabricated fuel tank and lines - New bonnet scoop and pins - Electric handbrake - Alloy rear wing All of this together with TRICKYs monster 450 cube nitrous sniffing Windsor, gear vendors over drive, beautiful headers and exhaust system my Liverpool exhaust, Racepak data logger, blue tooth, Air conditioning, baby seat, and tow bar and 275 radial tyres have made this one of the countries toughest genuine street driven cars... Early testing has been very positive..keep an eye out for this beast as we work with Tricky to get to reach its full potential.

02.01.2022 70-XDUB We have had the pleasure of helping Simon Bonello with his tuff XW Falcon Over time we have fabricated a 6 point roll cage with a welded in back half and removable front, taking care to work around the windback sunroof. We also fabricated a diff housing, supplied 35 spline axles and diff centre. Full credit to Simon for very neat and super tough street falcon

02.01.2022 THE RESURRECTION OF M-TEK5 Three years ago Harry realised his dream of owning a V8 supercar. Larkham Motorsport chassis MTEK5 driven by Mark Winterbottom and Jason Bargwanna. It was purchased from Bob Gill who drove it to win the Victorian Sports sedan championship, complete but very tired. Harry brought the car to the workshop and over a 2 year period it has been restored to its former glory while retaining as much originality as possible. A lot of time was put into getti...ng the body work aligned and correct. Tricky from T-Rex race engines freshened up the Stone Brothers Racing engine to original specs. It was then put on the dyno and tuned by Steve Amos and the team at Mostech Race Engines which reside in the original SBR premises. Harry completed the body work and spent countless hours with Simon from Ground Level panel and paint to mask up and paint the body. luckily enough the gentleman who originally did the livery for LARKHAM MOTORSPORT still had the files and sent them to Harry free of charge! Daniel and the guys from Pro Signs did a magic job of sizing and applying the livery to perfection. The car it a huge credit to Harry and everyone involved. See more

01.01.2022 We have carried out a bit of work on Darkos XB Coupe over the years including: - 6 point roll cage - Removable parachute - Transmission cross member - Rear suspension ... - Anti Roll bar More recently, we have prepared the car for Darko to take back home to Rockhampton for some street duties. We fabricated a full 3 1/2 inch exhaust system with 4 mufflers in an attempt to muffle the monster for the street. With over 600 cubes of T&M Racing big block Ford, and plenty of mid 8 sec time slips under its belt, this is one serious street street car and a real credit to Darko. Looking forward to seeing that blue bottle really wound up!
