24.01.2022 Was small numbers again today but got a good look at how to help a couple of the kids throw a little better. In a couple of weeks well have some very light weight discs perfect for Junior players to get the full flight of the discs!

22.01.2022 G'day Disc Golfers, About a month ago we registered an Incorporated Disc Golf Club called West Coast Disc Golf. This club has been registered in the interest of showing the local council just how great their new facility is, by showing them the resulting development that occurs on the back of course installations, ie local community groups.... We have also assisted with the registration of a new Club in the northwest of Australia which aims to assist in developing the region. Stay tuned for more exciting details coming soon! Here is the purpose as noted on the West Coast Disc Golf incorporation certificate: "To Develop the sport of Disc Golf and running of community adults and kids events. Specifically centred around a home base at the Chichester Disc Golf Course but not limited to this location. The purpose is to activate Disc Golf public facilities around Western Australia available for the community through organised activities." West Coast Disc Golf is looking to activate courses by way of reaching outside the current disc golf community, to the general public who may be interested in playing the sport, but have yet to discover it. We look forward to working with any exisiting clubs in operation and any future clubs, with the overall goal of growing participation in the community together. Support and nurture where we are as a local community and grow the community is the theme. #growthecommunity We are looking to firstly concentrate on localised activities that will help to activate existing courses, with some of these activities having already commenced. Anyone wanting to understand how we do this is welcome to contact us. There is no magic pill, just some drive, passion and little time to roll up your sleeves and give back. We are attempting to make this a sustainable, repetitive approach to enable others to use a similar approach. 17.01.2022 Disc Golf, its Free and for kids every Wednesday we are running some intro sessions to help combat the parents without phones syndrome.

17.01.2022 Nice 9 kids today, little increase in participation, thanks to Jim for helping out. Next week the flyers will be up at both local schools, only issue is that Ill be off competing in NZ so if anyone is free to help out PM us, Jim will be there and Im sure welcome the help, in fact the next two weeks Ill be away

As always thanks to everyone for coming down and helping and special thanks to Jimbo and Christine for helping make it all happen. I counted 15 last week from about 3 years old to about 8 years old plus the big kids
