This is an Anti-Extension core exercise meaning that your core is working hard to fight the extension forces applied to your core as you raise your arms up. This is a fantastic exercise to practice the co-contraction of your Lats and core to help stabilise your lower back ... This uses similar exercise mechanics to an Ab rollout. I like to use this variation for anyone with lower back pain or anyone who struggles to get down on the floor to train their core. 17.01.2022 Consistency over intensity! Focus on doing the basics each day. Focus on doing the main things right and on a consistent basis. There is no point following the theoretical best program or best diet if you cannot sustain it. ... A mediocre program would get better results if you could stick to it better than the theoretical best. You need to find a program that both suits your goals AND your training availability... Don’t follow a program that needs 6 days per week of training if you can only realistically and consistently do 3 days. Find a program that works for you or find an adaptable program that has additional bonus days if you have extra time but does not require you to train 6 days per week. 03.01.2022 Client Spotlight @sam.nazz Sam has been doing my Hybrid Online / PT program where he has been doing 1 PT session each week with 3-4 additional Strength Sessions where he follows along and tracks his workouts in the ProBody Training App. The program was tailored to his goals, training preferences and equipment availability I think this photo shows enough of what a consistent Caloric Deficit and Strength Training can do ... If you want to get lean focus on the below checklist: Consistent Caloric Deficit (calculated on a weekly basis) Strength Training to build muscle mass and keep your Metabolism higher. Eat 2-2.5x your body in grams of protein daily. MOST IMPORTANTLY repeat the above checklist CONSISTENTLY Keep it simple, avoid crazy diets, avoid crazy exercise plans, avoid Fad weight loss products... they don’t work.
