Andrew, Ash, Baxter (8 year old husky with a serious attitude), and their newest team mate, 10 month old Archer (who really ...runs the show and has been known to regularly throw a spanner in the works). Sandi’s has an unreal spot... just across from the beach with the coolest beer garden and an events calendar which is normally chockers! This pair haven't stopped in isolation, they're busy gardening (like everyone else) AND they've recently taken over the island operations for Magnetic Seafood (which is highly likely the reason Sandi's has the BEST island seafood). 20.01.2022 Yes we're back! As of today we are open for shore based activities and we have our first lucky group of students completing their Open Water Diver course as we speak. We have weekly learn to dive courses available as well as Rescue courses and shore-only advanced courses and we will be adding more and more to our schedule over the coming weeks.... At this stage due to social distancing regulations we're not able to offer our boat trips just yet but we hope to provide these again soon so watch this space... So this week we launched our first online course for @seaschoolinternational We are excited to have 7 students joining us for a Coxswains course from all over North Queensland from the comfort of their own homes. ... The majority of our students are currently stood down from their roles in the diving and fishing industries and are making the most of this downtime to upskill and maximize their future employment potential. Other qualifications we will be teaching online during this time are : - General Purpose Hand - Coxswains Grade 1 & 2 - Marine Engine Driver Grade 1 & 2 - Master <24m Near Coastal There are currently several funding options available to eligible candidates for certain qualifications.
