We take customer and staff safety seriously and the following will apply in the salon: -All salon staff have completed the Infection Control Training - COVID 19 course. * There will be only a maximum of 10 people in the salon at all times, including staff and customers. * All salon staff will be wearing face masks. * All salon staff to sanitise their hands before and after serving each customer. * All customers must wear a facemask. * All customers must wash their hands upon service which is available in the salon * Customers are not permitted to bring a guest that is not getting a service done at the salon. (sorry this will also include children) * Customers who are getting regular nail polish and not Shellac, gel or SNS on their hands or feet will need to be aware there will be no polish drying bays available and you must leave the salon after your service. (so please bring thongs or sandals) Customers are not to wait for their appointment in the salon. (you are allowed to let us know you have arrived and we can give you a call when it is your turn) * Customers who have any flu or COVID-19 symptoms are not permitted to enter the store. * Due to the large amount of requests and minimum amount of people in the salon at any given time, walk-ins will most likely be refused. - To book please send us a private message through Facebook messenger with your full name, phone number, service requested, preferred time and date of booking. We will reply back confirming that we have accepted your booking or negotiate the next available time slot available for you. - We have the right to refuse service.
