Building and Pest Inspections Pool Safety Inspections Dilapidation Reports Did you know that Pool Safety Inspectors require a licence with "no conditions", this allows them to carry out minor repairs to Pool Barriers and Gates. People need to review a prospective Pool Inspector's licence details to identify if they are legally able to perform minor repairs. At PBRS our Inspector has the correct licence with "no conditions", as he is also a Licenced Builder, and can then carry out minor repairs to a Pool Barrier or Gate.
