This workout leads to improved brain structure with the formation of new neural connections. I love playing music and singing nursery rhymes with children knowing it's helping them develop whiled having fun.

19.01.2022 So much fun caring for these boys over the holidays! We've engaged in tie dyeing, baking, art, sand castles, swimming, board games, imaginative play, active play. All fueled by the nutritious meals I whipped up for them while their parents relaxed and enjoyed their break too!

10.01.2022 Last school holidays I cared for 2 awesome & energetic children. We did many fun activities together from tie dying, movies, panting, making cubby houses, bike riding, the big boing but must of all our favour thing to do together was play footy in the backyard.

02.01.2022 Teaching children about planting & growing seeds has many benefits! It engages all the senses, encouraging healthy eating, introduces kids to scientific concepts, teaches responsibility & of course teaches them how to grow their own foods. Today we planted some lettuce & chives. Ollie is excited to watch them grow in the coming weeks.
