20.01.2022 Profile Solutions has just added to its range of World leading leak testers a high speed PET bottle injection point / base tester. On a 250ml bottle here we are reaching speeds of 9600 per hour on a single head. On a small bottle it could exceed > 10K per hour and modelling suggests for tiny PET bottles even 12K per hour on singl test head The unit can test a long and tall 2L carafe ar about 5200 per hour. We can build these in a mulit head design with up to 4 heads and speed...s of up to 35000/hr, but a vaccum conveyor would be needed. This we estimate can find a hole down to 1 micron. WE were able to get the spark to go through a 10mm ( 3/8) inch thick porious notepad, whsilt still working fine with a good PET bottle We can offer pressure decay leak tester with this as well. www.profauto.com.au www.profileflex.com

08.01.2022 30LD leak tester at K2019. We had this on 10 sec test time and could find a 9 thou in, 0.23mm hole easily in that time. Normally we recommend a 20 sec test time for better than 0.18mm ( 7 thou in) holes, and it would have been too slow for the show. At 25% conveyor speed on average, we test 145/hr for 0.18mm holes. For 0.3 mm holes, we could get close to 300 /hr on 20L if they are at a constant temperature. We make multi-heads too.... The unit can also be supplied with a static scale with a conveyor mounted on top. This is way less expensive "quality" centres with check way and I mean "way way" less expensive. if you want a dynamic check weigher we could do that too and it's way less expensive than some "quality centres". Contact us to find what "way" & "way way" less means. We also do bung inserters for drum as well. A unit can insert a bung or plug in drums to a set torque and depth at up 300 per hour

05.01.2022 K2019 6LDV even faster!!! (Stand 14C24) Our 6LDV is even faster. 15500+ per hour on ONE head with the vacuum at 38 hz for the show not at 50 or 60 hz . People who don't know about our testers are paying Euro 50k+ and USD 60K+ to do what this machine does for less than USD 20k on small bottles.... So make your next CAPEX easy and get a faster better and less expensive tester. An early Christmas! Keep the job on single head if you can as setup and longer term use is much easier.
