21.01.2022 PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT FOR DOMESTIC CLIENTS: As per our policies and procedures Profreshional Cleaning has a cancellation fee in place, this applies to ALL DOMESTIC clients. We sent out a copy to all current clients this year in June, and asked that you read those terms & policies, we also give all new clients a copy of our policies & procedures. And have now uploaded these policies on our facebook page. ... There are instances in which clients refuse to pay these fees, or threaten to cancel their bookings, this leaves myself as the business owner in an uncomfortable position, and it is not something I enjoy enforcing, but as a business owner I am also not here to be taken advantage of. This also becomes super frustrating, stressful and costly. The likelihood of filling that clean is next to none, and whilst we have people waiting for particular time spots weeks in advanced we cannot simply change things around in a matter of hours. When you are cancelling a couple hours prior to your clean or not leaving a key to your property in the allocated place, I still have staff that I still have to pay for their time, travel, plus other over heads. So please, we ask you to respect and show consideration towards our terms and conditions so we don't have to be in this uncomfortable position. 19.01.2022 Got into the nitty and gritty today for one of our beautiful new clients, gave her bathroom a deep clean that we can now maintain moving forward. These are areas we dont even think of cleaning in our own homes, yet you can lift out these shower grates and plugs and find a substantial amount of build up.

19.01.2022 Sometimes we get so caught up in our lives and what we believe is expected of us that we forget to stop, breathe & look after ourselves. This is a personal goal I am working towards each day. Which includes knowing my job is VERY physical and getting the help I need to move my body without pain, this is a very high priority right now! Fortunately for me, Meredith from Move to Live - Exercise Physiology is a wealth of knowledge about our bodies and how they move, surprisingly... enough I vacuum in a very unhelpful manner to my poor body! I really recommend visiting Meredith, as she can help change your life! Heads up she is not a physiotherapist, she is an exercise physiologist, so she doesnt need to have her hands all over you. But she will give you honest truths about how YOU can help yourself with exercise, and making changes to everyday activities. For example, wearing some comfortable and practical footwear or showing you the better ways to vacuum and/or mop (and well if you arent capable of that, thats where we can help). Also Meredith has a range of books you can borrow from the Move to Live library, this week Ive decided to borrow this cute little book, because lets be honest here, even at 30 Im still struggling with the zig-zags of adulthood. Anyway, get a good sleep, be kind to yourself and remember that tomorrow is a new day. Jas
