An attack can come out of nowhere and PKM students must step away from the sporting context of touching gloves and polite ring sport sparring. Enjoy

12.01.2022 A privilege to share some of our drills with the guys and girls in green. Hopefully we'll be doing more in the years to come.

11.01.2022 This drill is affectionately known as the Roman Columns drill. Taking sparring out of the combat sports arena and forcing students to repeatedly deal with an attacker running at them to do them harm. Whilst it is carefully supervised we deliberately allow it to get all kinds of messy. Students performing the drill are white through to green belts as the highest ranks on the floor that night.

05.01.2022 Fantastic to grade 3 new Instructors to Black Belt in PKM. A very high standard was demonstrated in teaching and handling multiple attacker combat/beatings. These new Black Belts are an absolute credit to Coach Greg Cox who in turn was awarded his 3rd Degree by way of his demonstrated ability to train excellent Martial Artists and manage a successful and very dynamic gym. OSS!
