13.01.2022 Day 8 of the 25 push-ups for 25 days challenge to help raise awareness to others about PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) anxiety and depression that drive people to suicide. Nomination: The rules are simple: * Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.... * Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees and do them. *Everyday you have to nominate a different person. Lets see if we can reach as many people as we can and lets hope by doing this we are building awareness for anyone suffering from a mental illness, you are not alone and we are here for you! Dont be afraid to SPEAK OUT!!!!

I've booked for twenty and have 6 definite so far who are keen, (please rsvp asap) to -+ the reservation. Also, Jonathan and myself are in for the social softball mixed grade on Thursday 16/07/20 @ 1800 hrs. 10 bucks a game non members, & it's not seri arse :) none of this 3 strikes and yer out bizzo, it's about fun....
