Under this crisis, we have a lot of supports from Mitcham community, I am deeply appreciate and really warm my heart. We are really lucky to have you, compare to other cafe, we still works better with everyone’s support, we have people bring in flowers, give us big tips, coming to buy coffee, and of course come to check if we are ok. I have been here 20+ years, spend more time than my mother country and I found Australia is a really a lovely home, the home I love the most, because of the beautiful people here, because of any of you here. After taste a few different milk with my coffee, @riverinafresh Gold is my only choice of my milk base coffee at work or home, have been use them for 5 years now it just never let me down, I don’t have coffee machine at home, only thing I use at home is pour over, so thanks to my friend @sean.ckt shoot this video at my own cafe. 07.01.2022 In our industry, people move to different places under a lot of reason, want to learn more, want to know different people, want to work in different position, so it’s common they don’t stay in one cafe for over a year, the subsidy is good, but how about these people who work hard for us but work less then 1 year? 03.01.2022 Project black COVID-19 outbreak update - recently we have our friends ask us or message us if we open up or not, this is a hard decision, but due to lot of regulation like limit 20 people or social distancing, we will not be able to afford more staff, so we decided to keep what’s we are doing, until we found a way to provide seat and keep everyone safe. I knew our competitions may open up, but your safety and our safety is my first priority, I knew the income will be less, but compare income and our loved ones health, I will choice health.
