Though we are doing it for a triathlon club, we have decided to open it to everyone and anyone, because it will be helpful in all aspects of life. Dr Jo is the sports psychologist for the North Qld Cowboys and the Townsville Fire. She also does heaps of mindset work for the Army, hospitals and schools. ... The link is in the shared post. 21.01.2022 FLASHBACK to this day in 2018 when we had just finished a day with Yr 7 Trinity College Beenleigh after only arriving back from Hobart at 11pm the night before. Yep, we were tired! But, it was a great day.
